We want you to be fully confident in your purchase. Below is our return policy for all Xpert Sign Tools products.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is returned in like-new condition.
Return conditions:
- Items must be clean, undamaged, and show no signs of misuse
- All original components, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- A 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds
Items returned in damaged, incomplete, or improperly packaged condition may be denied a refund or refunded partially, depending on the condition received.
To initiate a return, email xpertsigntools@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
Presses & Heavy Equipment Returns
XST Presses and other presses are eligible for return within the 30-day return window.
Due to their size and weight, presses must be properly packaged and secured for return shipment. The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Return shipping for presses is the responsibility of the customer
- If a press is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, the customer will be charged for repair or replacement costs
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Acrylic Drill Bits
- Custom or modified items
- Products clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, minus:
- Original shipping charges
- A 3% credit card processing fee
