Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Xpert Sign Tools. Because our products are specialty tools intended for professional use, our return policy is designed to allow customers time to inspect their order while also protecting against tools being purchased, used for a job, and returned.

7-Day Return Window for Eligible Items

Eligible items may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, clean, undamaged, complete, and in like-new, resellable condition.

Returns are intended for inspection and order-related issues only. Tools that have been used, damaged, altered, or show signs of wear, misuse, installation, job-site use, or material processing may not be eligible for a refund.

Return conditions:

Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in like-new, resellable condition
Items must show no signs of misuse, wear, job-site use, or material processing
All original components, accessories, packaging, and documentation must be included
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
A 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds

Items returned in used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or improperly packaged condition may be denied a refund or refunded partially, depending on the condition received.

To initiate a return, email xpertsigntools@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.

Manufacturer Defects or Damage on Arrival

Xpert Sign Tools stands behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturer defect, please email xpertsigntools@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the concern.

Manufacturer defects do not include damage caused by misuse, improper handling, improper storage, modification, normal wear, use on unsupported materials, or damage during return shipping.

If a manufacturer defect or damage-on-arrival claim is approved, Xpert Sign Tools will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, or another solution at our discretion.

Presses & Heavy Equipment Returns

XST Presses and other presses are eligible for return within the 7-day return window only if they are unused, clean, undamaged, complete, and in like-new, resaleable condition.

Due to their size and weight, presses must be properly packaged and secured for return shipment. The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Return shipping for presses is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Xpert Sign Tools is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

If a press is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, the customer may be charged for repair or replacement costs, or the refund may be reduced or denied.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

Acrylic Drill Bits
Custom or modified items
Used tools or tools showing signs of wear, misuse, or material processing
Products clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection, minus:

Original outbound shipping charges
A 3% credit card processing fee
Any applicable repair, replacement, missing component, or damage-related deductions

Refunds will not be issued until all returned items have been received and inspected.
